I am very excited to say that my new gym is now complete. As you can see from the picture it has a variety of equipment from dumb bells, barbells, Swiss ball to weights machine and bikes. I have over 20 years experience in Personal Training from gentle exercise to training for an IronMan!
With over 20 years experience in massage therapy, my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs, suitable for all ages whether it's working deep on muscle tension, improving circulation and/ or relaxation.
My aim is to help you. I want you to leave your session feeling better with easier movements and relaxed, knowing that my priority is your overall health.
Not familiar with the different types of massage? A sports massage will correct imbalances in your muscles and loosen them to aid recovery. A Swedish massage is for relaxation and reducing stress. Plus lots of other benefits.
