Cancellation and Privacy Policy

I understand that unexpected events occasionally happen, to be effective and fair I have adopted the following policies:

1. 24 hours (preferably 48 hours) advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows me to offer the slot to someone else. If you are unable to give the minimum 24 hours advance notice, then the full amount will be chargeable.
2. If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to give you the full appointment time. This is not always possible due to other bookings and you will be charged the full booked amount.
3. Trees Massage Therapy has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the environment is unsuitable for the massage to be provided. In the event of sudden illness or incident causing me to be unable to provide a massage then a refund or an alternative appointment will be offered.

Protection of your personal information is very important. All confidential client treatment notes are kept securely and will be kept for a maximum of 7 years following the last treatment session.

Full names, email addresses and mobile numbers of clients who have received treatments are stored on an electronic database to be used to advise clients of appointments, or to change, cancel or reschedule appointments.

Clients may withdraw consent for their data to be held on my electronic database at any time, or request to review or remove any of their information at any time. Where consent has been provided, client details will be removed from my database after 7 years following their last treatment session.

The information gathered will only be used by Trees Massage Therapy and will never be shared or sold to a third party.
